Owner/Builder - Brad Lounsbury has dedicated his professional life (20 years and climbing) within the construction industry. Starting as an apprentice in tile and framing at 16 years old. With a dream to start a family, he decided to build their first home in Eastern Idaho. At age 23, Brad created and grew his own tile installation business focusing on large residential custom homes. From there, he expanded his skills to finish work and general carpentry with the ultimate goal of building homes for other growing families. Building is his passion and quality work is what differentiates him from the competition. When you ask yourself the question, “What is so important about a builder who can build with his own hands? The answer is “Everything.”

Co-Owner/Design & Management - Kayla Lounsbury has been around flooring and construction since she was a teenager. One of her first jobs was working in a tile store where she helped customers match flooring, color choices and design spaces. She enjoys being part of the design process, choosing interior and exterior colors and finishes for their spec homes. This is no different when she is working with clients who are interested in modifying their existing plans or planning a custom build.
